We are happy to have made our first export to the Republic of Moldova, an Eastern European country located between Ukraine and Romania, through which the Prut and Dniester Rivers pass. Our company Conmach Machinery, which exports stationary concrete plants, compact concrete plants and mobile concrete batching plants, has sent a Conmach MobKing-30 mobile concrete batching plant with spare parts by truck to the Republic of Moldova.
MobKing-30. Features
Conmach MobKing-30 is a mobile concrete batching plant with features that will bring benefits to our customer. Our machine, the production of which was completed in our factory, is capable of producing 30-35 m3 / h of finished concrete. The 750/500 L planetary mixer is installed on our concrete batching plant, and the aggregate bunker is 4x5. It has a cement system Mobking-30, which has 1 water pump and 3 filler pumps. Ø168 mm, length 5500 mm screw conveyor of the Italian brand Wam was sent together with the mobile concrete batching plant.
Automation system
On the other hand, Conmach MobKing-30 mobile concrete batching plant is equipped with a 12.5-meter long conveyor belt to allow the concrete to be discharged into the mixer. Our machine also attracts attention with its automation system and has fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual controls, for easy use by the operator. Installation and assembly of the plant will be carried out on-site by our company's technicians. Also, our company, providing the client with the necessary information about the automation unit and the dispatching system, conducts the necessary training of operators.
